About the position
Do you have experience as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for motivated people to work in Barcelona.
💡Your day-to-day responsibilities:
✔️ Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
✔️Manage customer orders, exchanges, and returns of products and/or services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
✔️Provide excellent customer service across various contact channels to improve satisfaction, engagement, and increase sales
What we offer:
🎯 Contract: 38.5 hours/week, temporary, 2-month contract
💰 Salary: 10,60€/H
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This is an on-site position, so living in the Barcelona area is essential.
