We are looking for Customer Service Call Center Agents in Barcelona, with Danish and English.

About the Position

Do you have experience as a call center agent, or would you like to take your first step into this industry? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for motivated people to join our team in Barcelona.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service.
• Handling inbound calls to resolve customer queries and incidents.
• Performing administrative tasks.

What do we offer?

🎯 Contract: 39 hours per week (split shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.).

📅 Schedule: Split shift from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience as a Call Center Agent (preferred but not essential).

🔹 Native or very high level of English and Danish.

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
